The sharepoint migration was very very easy.    Upgraded it to the new look and feel and I am very impressed!    How much nicer than Sharepoint 3 is this!  (Excuse the black privacy blocks) I am also extremely impressed with the completely overhauled Remote Web Workplace.    It seems snappier to!
