Yesterday, I managed to “hit the right buttons” with Susan on this thread. I still stand by what I have said, as I am only voicing what every other Action Pack user is thinking.
The good news is that Susan has written an open blog post to Steve Ballmer regarding this silly situation. I am certain that he will do something about it too as he, of all people, understands that Microsoft have to make the licencing easier for all of us!
I guess I’m just jaded MVP because if the situation is truly this silly… then why couldn’t someone stop the silliness ahead of time.
The MPAN program has been nailed with a death blow. My CPA gang no longer trust Microsoft to not change the licensing terms.
Since we’re obviously asking them to do so now, it would be trivial for them to do so again at some point in the future.
My gang no longer trusts Microsoft (and they barely did before)
