One thing I was missing was integration with Outlook, and finally a company based in Australia have the answer! SkyLook! The product interfaces with Outlook seamlessly and basically makes using Outlook Contacts and Skype a doddle. There is a free trial available, and I suggest that anyone running Skype should also be running Skylook.
