I had a customer today report that when loading Microsoft Excel 2003 the machine kept prompting for the SKU1CA.CAB file.
That pointed me to this article, which turned out to be a dead end….

The answer, in fact, was to go into the registry of the local machine and browse to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftOffice11.0Delivery{GUID}
In here, I changed the CDCache from 2 to 0
On reload of Excel, all was fixed!
